Skechers created the revolutionary Shape Ups (P4,590) with the goal of promoting weight loss, toning muscles, and improving posture. They are fortified with a soft kinetic wedge insert and dynamic rolling outsole, which supposedly work together to achieve the same effects as walking barefoot on a soft surface.

These sneaks appear to be on the chunky side because of their thick soles, and even Skechers admits that walking in these babies may seem awkward at the beginning. But the company swears by its health and fitness benefits, which include improved blood circulation, calorie burning, and reduced cellulite.
