Christmas is fast approaching and sales are everywhere! I am subscribed to mall alerts and online store’s new arrivals and sales so one e-mail is coming after another. I am seriously thinking of getting a cash advance loan to finally finish my Christmas shopping this weekend. I know that might be a little impractical but the family would be extremely busy once October starts with parties and family gatherings every weekend so shopping for gifts would be very hard to squeeze in. I promise that I will shop for others and not for myself!
For emergencies, always remember that there are fast cash payday loans one can avail of – if you do not want to charge everything to your credit card and have intentions of paying it immediately. The interest would be significantly lower. Make sure though that emergencies constitute hospitalization, school expenses and death!
Otherwise, make sure you just have cash for the following event:
Two for one on:
Vx Facials and Services (Fingertips and Twinkletoes), available at selected VMV Skin Specialist Boutiques (call 856-5872 for details)
Clinical Procedures (Diamond Peels or Glycolic Acid Peels, Upper Lip or Underarm Hair Removal), at VMV Skin Research Center + Clinic at 117 C. Palanca St., Legaspi Village, Makati (call 811-2449 for details)

In a few days it will be the month of October already and Christmas preparations will more than ever be in full gear. As of the time I’m writing this, I have three SALE alerts from malls showing of price cuts as low as 70% off their goods. It makes me want to go shopping until I drop dead from exhaustion.
I also am making it a point to “conserve” resources without sacrificing the thoughtfulness of giving. Recession has hit us hard and we would not be able to give as much as we used to like last year. I will, however, still be sending out our annual Christmas cards. It is my way of sending updates of our families too, as I write a newsletter of sorts and include our recent family portraits. I have discovered the online printing services of PSPrint.com. They currently are offering 40% off on greeting card printing services until September 30th and customer feedback have been great. All cards are printed on recycled matt cover (or glossy, if you prefer) and what I like more is that they offer several card sizes too – 7”x5”, 8”x6” and 10”x7” (all sizes are not folded).
PSPrint.com not only offers printing services for greeting cards but for every print imaginable – brochures, newsletters, calendars, notebooks, CD/DVD sleeves, etc. This is one great web site to use and order from especially if you have a business to start and would like to save on advertisement – they have very affordable prices!
There’s no two ways about it, women love to shop. But more often than not you find that although women’s wardrobes are overflowing with clothes, many haven’t been worn in nearly a year. When it comes to clothes women tend to be a bit of hoarders.
Before you decide how to get rid of your clothes put aside a few hours when you can organise your clothes into piles.
- Clothes you love to wear and do so often
- Clothes you haven’t worn in a year and are surprised are still in your wardrobe in the first place
- Clothes that don’t fit you anymore and don’t hold onto them until you lose the 5kgs you have been trying to work off since January.
- Clothes that will never lose their value like a designer dress or jacket.
- Clothes that need a simple alteration to make them fresh and new
- Clothes you just don’t like anymore
Once you have sorted out your piles it will be clearer to see what you want to keep and what you don’t want to. The first people you can and should sell all your unwanted clothes to are your friends and family. Friends are always borrowing each other’s clothes and there might be something in your wardrobe they have been dying to have. If you can get rid of most of your old clothes this way then it will save you a lot of time and hassle trying to set up a garage sale or internet page. The few clothes your friends don’t want you can donate to charity. You would have helped a person in need and cleaned out your wardrobe at the same time.
Once you have finally cleaned out your wardrobe of unwanted items you can now organise it. Put your clothes back into your wardrobe according to the following sections.
- Work Clothes
- Going out clothes
- Home clothes
- Gym Clothes
- Sleeping Clothes and underwear
