It there would be the 2008/2009 gadget of the year, it would go to the invention of the Apple company = the iPhone. Don’t let its name fool you because it is definitely more than a “phone”. It is GSM cell phone that’s also an iPod, a video camera, and a mobile Internet device with email and GPS maps. Add to that the ability of being able to install many applications (apps as they are called usually) like eBooks, games and stuff for your hobbies/work – scrapbooking, medical field applications, etc – and the iPhone becomes the single most needed gadget of busy people today – and of course, women like us need it (we are the exemplary busy ones!)
I asked some questions from a friend to get me acquainted with it to find out if I really need it – would I want it and if it is worth the price. Based from what she explained, the iPhone is basically an iTouch + a cellular phone in one. Would the price of an iPhone be worth it to upgrade? I would say yes, if you want to be online most of the time and access your mobile phone at the same time. Of course, you would need to invest on iphone accessories too. On top of the list is the InvisibleSHIELD full body protector – the last thing you would want happening is to have your iPhone scratched right? You would need an iphone case too – a leather case would be stylish.
One thing you would always ultimately need is an iphone car charger or the i-Power iPhone Mains Charger. It seems the iPhone is prone to draining its battery quickly so you need to charge all the time. With the i-Power iPhone Mains charger you do not need to have the dock to be able to charge it.
