Throughout October, for every Simple Shoes purchase at Res|Toe|Run stores, a pair of Simple Shoes will be given to beneficiaries of the project. With the recent calamity caused by Typhoon Ondoy, the company has also pledged an additional P300,000 worth of Simple Shoes to help out.
Simple shoes are made from sustainable materials like organic cotton, hemp, and recycled materials like PET plastics and used car tires. The shoes are made by California-based Deckers Outdoor Corp., an industry leader in sustainable and eco-friendly shoes, vegan shoes, sandals, and bags.
Res|Toe|Run stores are located in Glorietta 4, Robinson’s Ermita, Robinson’s Galleria and TriNoma.

I think Kelly Clarkson would always be on top of the list. WHY? What’s the point (besides smashing Kelly’s and average women’s confidence)? We see her on TV everyday and we know she looks nothing like the one in the magazine.
This is the (obviously) Photoshopped Kelly. Come on – she looks great but everybody knows it’s fake!
Here is the real Kelly. She isnt even big in the first place. She is just one of the many full-bodied woman I know (sure she lacks some toning on the lower half area but otherwise she looks great!)
No wonder the sales of weight loss products shoot up everytime. The media is so nasty!

That one is the COACH Zoe Large Leather bag. I have been lusting for a Zoe ever since I saw one from a friend and an another friend has advised me to get Coach bags in leather (they grow better in time she says) and when I saw this bag, it was just the perfect bag. I really really want one, very much the same way I want affordable health insurance!
With Coach’s sturdy leather and sleek hobo shape and paired with the signature chunky brass hardware, it is a nice reliable bag to swing around everyday. And it’s large enough to hold all the mommy essentials!

Managing and maintaining your space on the web is no joke. It takes a lot more than being able to know what you write to make your site or web blog successful. Much of it needs to be taken cared of in the background.
Take myself for example. I am no techie geek. I just love to write (well I also love to talk – but lately I have no one to talk to hence this web blog was born) but I never had the patience (nor the brains for that matter) to understand tech stuff. It is a fortunate thing I have a friend who does everything from me – installing WordPress, redirecting my blog and troubleshooting any problems.
You need to make a wise web hosting choice. Do your research before signing up with any company. Do not get carried away by false and too good to be true claims like these:
1. Hosts that say unlimited bandwidth. One thing you should know is that hosts also have servers or hard disks. Imagine a computer having a hard drive – it has limits.
2. Customer support available. Be very wary on this. One of my most crucial requirements is that a company has 24/7 reliable customer support. Stress on the word “reliable”. Do not fall for the representatives who will just write down a ticket for your problem.
3. Free Domain Registration. Some web hosts will register the domain for you — but there is a catch. It is NOT in your name. So when you transfer hosting services, they will give you a hard time giving you your domain.
When you see celebrities donning different $700-$1500 handbags everyday, you get to wonder how would they be like when they have babies of their own. Babies are all the rage in Hollywood right now with Angelina Jolie right on top of the list with three children of her own (one is a pair of twins) and three adopted children. Halle Berry, Jessica Alba, Heidi Klum, Tori Spelling, Britney Spears, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Lopez and Katie Holmes to name a few. Even Carrie of Sex and the City has babies.

Rebuild Through Fashion featuring items from Today’s Hottest Celebrities
The overwhelming support and help from the stars haven’t stopped since Typhoon Ondoy and Typhoon Pepeng. Now, local tinseltown’s celebrities are selling their priced bags and shoes and donating the proceeds for relief efforts.
Five days after typhoon “Ondoy” left the Philippines with a death toll in the hundreds, people displaced from their homes in the hundreds of thousands and damage to property in the hundred millions, once again, another typhoon “Pepeng” hits the northern Luzon area. This time not only hundreds of thousands of Filipinos were displaced but crops valued in the billions were lost. Roads were impassable and landslildes killed hundreds. This situation is one of the saddest that we as a nation have ever experienced.
In this dire time of need, we would like to be of service to the Filipino people by auctioning some of our possessions to help the people whose lives were affected by “Pepeng”. 100% of the proceeds will be used to help the “Pepeng” typhoon victims.

I also ridiculously and religiously follow the fan page in Facebook – they post updates over updates over the movies and the actors involved. I often just click whenever there would be delicious eye candy pictures, which is always. I often wonder how big and reliable the site’s hosting company is sometimes. They have hi-resolution images linkable and downloadable to hundreds of thousands of fans and their bandwidth must (it should!) be very high. I read a justhost review a few days ago and I am wanting to recommend it to my friend whom I share a hosting package with. Their features and guaranteed customer service support seem too good to be true. But they were reviewed and it seems to be true! (I wonder if the Twilight’s fan site is hosted there?)

What I would do just to be this “fat”!
Filippa Hamilton, a stunning 5’10” & 120 lbs Ralph Lauren model since 2002, has been fired because she was told she was “overweight” and could not fit into the RL clothes anymore.
You can clearly tell that her RL ad was severely and wrongly Photoshopped, providing a very distorted image of a woman’s body. Now if I was overweight like Filippa, I’d gladly be called overweight all my life. No wonder women are so obsessed on how to lose belly fat with all the ads on magazines showing severely Photoshopped, distorted images.
And just so you know, anatomically, with that waist, she would not even be able to stand straight with the weight of her head (and HAIR!)
FYI, Hamilton declared on record: “I’m very proud of what I look like, and I think a role model should look healthy." Indeed.
