And if football wasn’t popular enough, football was lucky enough to have David Beckham – it has drawn women to the sport like a moth to the flame.

So who made a party out of Super Bowl Sunday last February 7th? I know a lot of husbands who threw barbecue grill parties to have friends over so they can watch Super Bowl Sunday together – football surely has a way of binding men together!

There are a lot of footballs out there – they even come in different sizes.

Match balls are becoming increasingly popular and more accepted so as buying football merchandise all the time. There are even video games out in the market featuring football.

How was your Valentine’s Day?

We were one of the wise people who stayed home and did nothing because we knew there will be so much traffic and people out in the streets romanticizing the idea of the need to celebrate Valentine’s.

My husband surprised me with flowers and a book yesterday though. I knew he didn’t just pick that from the garden window boxes of our neighbor landlady because it was arranged and all. There are cute window flower boxes I would like to try after seeing the window plant boxes  of my landlady. It really added to the beautiful picture of her home, which she situated at the two windows flanking the entrance door of her house.

The question is – do I have a green thumb to make flowers in their boxes grow?
