Artists, graphic designers and those involved with photography might need one with more hard disk (HD) space, memory (RAM), and a nice video card. Students need one with enough space for MS Professional/Basic.

- 2 hours battery life
- 512MB memory
- 60GB hard drive capacity
- Full one year warranty

Consider what you are going to use it for and then go from there. Also consider your budget. Don’t pay too much for a laptop with features you will never actually use. And of course, unless you’re a millionaire, your budget probably would be limited. Shop around. Visit as many computer shops as you can. You must learn to compare prices or you would later feel that you have been ripped off with your purchase.Learn to read and trust reviews. But don’t read just one review. You’ll never know because it might be a sponsored review or that the reviewer was actually biased. Read at least three reviews for a specific laptop model that you want. And consider only the reviews from reputable and trusted websites and publications.

Computers are becoming an indispensable part of our day to day life. Whether you are a professional or whether you work from home or your office, each and every one of us is in the need of a computer all the time. Laptops have also become very important because they are giving us the facility to move around and at the same time be able to be connected.

Toshiba laptops have always had a good reputation for being the sturdiest laptops in the market, with customer feedback saying their Toshiba laptops last from six years and up. Toshiba laptops can be up to 50% more expensive than the cheapest models on the market with the same processor, RAM and so on, simply due to the cost of the better build quality and having to pay Japanese workers’ salaries. But if you think about the price you will pay with the years of service it will give to you, consider yourself more than paid.
