In a survey of 1900 men conducted by a women’s fashion site, the highest percentage of men said that they would prefer women wearing their favourite football or rugby shirt in bed than anything else, even nothing else. 34% of the men said the sport shirt, 23% voted for sexy lingerie, 21% said they would rather have their girls in no clothes at all and the remaining 16% opted for role-play outfits.
The general consensus seems to be that football shirts can be very sexy on women, but primarily in the bedroom and in a sexual setting. If you do want to wear a football shirt just as an ordinary top though, there are certain things you can make sure of in order to keep it looking good. Get a shirt that fits you as closely as possible. Too tight and it will look silly, but too loose and it can make you look bigger than you are. It is possible to buy versions of shirts especially designed for women, although these are somewhat rare and are usually t-shirts with the team’s logo on rather than real football shirts.
There is no reason why a girl can’t support her favourite team by flying their colours! If a football shirt is what you want to wear, don’t let anything stop you. Just be careful, if trying to please your boyfriend, not to wear the wrong team’s shirt by accident!
