Why is it that while the world gets bigger, things get smaller?

A laptop computer is now the size of a notebook, shoes become thongs or regress to become gladiator sandals, and jeans become tight and named skinny. Now, they are more than skinny – they have become jeggings!

For those of you who don’t know: Leggings+Jeans= Jeggings. Even Wikipedia seems to have acknowledged their presence. It’s one of this season’s hottest trends, one that has been embraced by celebrity and ordinary clientele alike.

There’s simply one golden rule when donning these slinkies: Always keep your backside covered. We don’t care if you look like Gisele from behind, wearing jeggings with a tucked in shirt is like wearing leggings with a tucked in shirt (now you get the picture). It is simply not a good look. However, you should check out other, non-denim, versions of the trend- including prints, military-inspired, and gray versions.

My picks are the bottom two – if only I had those skinny gams!

Many Americans have a limited understanding of the disability benefits and even disability insurance available from the Social Security Administration (SSA). This federal government agency provides benefit programs to individuals with serious disabilities and to their families. The difference Between Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB)  are available to disabled workers who paid enough earnings into the Social Security system.Allsup is a leading nationwide provider of financial and healthcare related services to people with disabilities. Allsup does not provide health insurance. They assist people that need disability insurance in getting it. Disability insurance is not purchased, it has been paid for through your FICA taxes. Since 1984, Allsup has helped more than 130,000 people receive their entitled Social Security Disability Insurance and Medicare benefits.

It’s funny how printers mess up exactly when you need them the most. I’ve had several printers already and almost all of them gave up when the work load became tough, just like the one I have now. It almost makes me consider switching to laser printers if not for the cost of the laser printer cartridge.

The truth is I’ve tried different printer models before with printer cartridges being the main consideration for choosing the units that I chose. That’s because I print a lot of materials – some for my work, some for my husband’s, and the rest for my kids. The thing is replacement cartridges don’t exactly come cheap. In fact, there was even a point when my total expenses for the ink were already greater than the cost of buying a new printer.

This made me try other printer units. I thought perhaps switching printers might just help lessen the cost for ink so I got one that used a toner refill, and then another one with a continuous ink system. They all seemed to work fine at the beginning. However, after a few months, they too started bugging down.

To this point, I still have no idea where the problem lies – whether it’s in the printer, the ink, or the printing jobs. I really hope I find a more lasting solution soon.
