Review here.
I am resolved to have this as my point and shoot camera before Christmas. God-willing (as long as I don’t shop), I’d have this! I’d want one in black. It’s currently around 350USD if I buy it in the US – let’s see if I can have an aunt buy one for me
I heard a lot of nice reviews about the Panasonic LX3 too. Let’s see who will win once I have the money!
I actually have this on my things-to-get-before-2009-ends. Consider this as my treat to myself for working so hard.
I’d want one in black but now that I think about red would just be so me
At only 18.4mm thick, the Canon IXUS 100 IS is easily the slimmest IXUS ever released. Its sleek and stylish design may make it look more delicate than previous models, but you can still take wonderful photos with its 10-megapixel resolution, 3x optical zoom, and 33-100mm lens. You can even take HD-quality movies using this sexy camera, with a maximum 1280px x 720px screen resolution.
Like most members of the IXUS family, the IXUS 100 IS features i-Contrast, Face Self-Timer, and Blink Detection functions. To accommodate the wide variety of subjects you’ll be taking photos of, the camera features more shooting modes such as Foliage, Snow, Aquarium, Sunset, and Long Shutter, in addition to basic modes such as Auto, Portrait, Night Snapshot, Kids & Pets, Indoor, Fireworks, Beach, and Underwater.
It also comes in sophisticated colors to match your style: gold, silver, bold red, or classic black.
Canon IXUS 100 IS (P21,950) is now available in gadget and camera shops nationwide.
