Princess Beatrice’s royal hat is finally up for auction in eBay, with proceeds going to charity. The hat is now at $10,000 and while it didn’t serve its purpose wowing people during the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Princess William and Kate Middleton), at least the Philip Treacy hat will serve its purpose and give to people in need. I bet those with royal blood are laughing over tea and smoking on ashton cigars because of ridiculous high price. Who would want to use the hat anyway, or even keep it for posterity’s sake? (Just my humble opinion.)

Hats have the power to transform and make an outfit look, well, cooler and more put-together. Besides, you would need to protect your head (and hair) from the damaging rays of the sun.
