It has been a dream of mine to be able to apply make-up on myself well. I want to be able to prettify myself without needing to go to the salon. And I want to know how to apply make-up with different looks. There was a time when my friends and I got addicted in buying make-up and brushes – we actually literally hoarded. We also subscribed to a lot of how to videos in YouTube. Xteener and Michelle Phan are my YouTube make-up gurus. Their instructional videos are very easy to follow and since they are fellow Asians, their make-up tricks benefit me who have small eyes. Yellow-based skin also have different reactions to color and foundation need to be compatible so their product recommendations are something I look forward to. Plus, they recommend tools that are not necessarily expensive!

I finally found a shade perfect for olive-skinned beauties. Its called Russian Red (from MAC). Full lips will surely benefit from this show-stopping beauty that people are sure to require roadside assistance if ever they would have to take a second look when you pass on the road.
