Summer is here – be prepared to protect your skin from the sun even if you plan on getting tanned!

All this sun exposure calls for lots of moisture. I have been spending so many hours at Sephora ever since I found out that during my breakouts, I need to use an acne cleanser. I have been having hormonal problems since late last year so I need to keep everything under control.

Since it’s the first time I ever had to worry about acne, I started comparing acne solutions starter kits at Sephora. I’m quite partial to Clinique since that’s the brand I use for my skin care.

Sunscreen. Even if dark clouds block the sun, damaging UVA and UVB rays still manage to infiltrate this shade and cause our skin to burn, darken, and age prematurely. Conditioner. One of the very few things you probably hate about summer is how it causes your hair to dry up. So never neglect hair conditioning during your bath ritual. Stock up on conditioners that are meant to provide your hair added protection from the sun, such as Creamsilk Summer Shine. This way, you have vibrant and silky hair no matter what season!

Body scrubs. So you’ve burned yourself golden, but pretty soon, that tanned look will be out of style. How to deal? Simply exfoliate. Scrub out your dead skin cells to reveal radiant and smooth skin.
