Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, stands at 2, 717 feet over the city of Dubai. The building, which cost about 1.5 billion dollars to construct, is a testament to this nation’s growing wealth and ambition. The entire Middle East shares in this booming growth, which has created an impressive and thriving job market that, just like the oil drills that dot the Persian Gulf, is well able to reward those who tap it.
Gulf jobs abound in many industries. More people than ever are visiting and buying homes in the Middle East, especially in Dubai, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi, opening up opportunities for real estate agents, property managers, and those trained in hospitality, including hotel and restaurant managers. You could make it all the way to the top and become a landlord in the Burj Khalifa, which has about 900 apartments.
If you’d like to work at this fantastic building but you’re a little more hands-on, sign up to be a window washer. The building is outfitted with a special track for cleaning the windows below floor 110. After that, it’s a thrill a minute. If you’re at the top of your window-washing game, maybe you’ll be allowed to hang from a rope to make sure the building’s pinnacle is in tip-top shape.
If you’re more interested in helping the wealth grow than seeing what it’s spent on, there are a plethora of financial jobs in the Gulf. Auditors, financial managers, accountants, and bankers are needed to safeguard and manage the assets of some of the world’s richest people. You could become one of them: if you have enough experience and training, you can start your life in the Middle East with a six-figure salary. You’ll have to catch one of the window washers outside of your office window to find out how much he makes.
For those who are on the lookout for best diet pills for women, let this be an inspiration. I have featured her when she appeared for the first time in Vogue three months after giving birth to her baby boy. Here are the things she did to get back into shape:
- On naming their son Benjamin Rein: “I wanted him to be called River because I wanted something always flowing, immortal. My husband said, ‘There’s no way we’re going to call him River.’ But my father’s name is Reinoldo, so it’s a homage to him. And it’s like water.”
- On staying in shape while pregnant: "I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week. I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds. I think it’s muscle memory."
- On keeping out of the public eye: "I felt like my pregnancy was a sacred moment for me. I stayed in Boston and I didn’t work apart from the contracts I have, and then I only let them use my face."
- On her first time modeling post-birth: "I got to the studio and I felt like I was E.T.—whoa, what’s going on? Hair and makeup? I hadn’t looked at myself in a mirror for a month and a half… Usually, as I walk through the door into that atmosphere, I already feel different. There’s a button that goes On and I’m On. And when I go On, there is almost no me; there is just a character who is doing all this. This time it wasn’t like that… For the first time, I think I actually saw me—the inside—instead of the persona."
I am all for the empowerment of women. I am strongly against crimes committed against women like domestic violence. Emotional and physical abuse in the household committed by one’s partner should never be tolerated. If you know one or are one, contact a denver criminal defense lawyer. This act is a criminal offense and you would need a criminal attorney to defend your rights if you have had to commit a crime to defend yourself and have yourself become a suspect.
The law firm of Fuicelli & Lee, PC is a dedicated team of attorneys ready to serve clients seeking legal representation for criminal defense cases.

Accidents happen. There is no way we can really foretell when it’s going to happen. But there is such a thing as safety and prevention. When accidents happen on the road, there would always be one who would be at fault.
Trucking Accident Lawyers in Nebraska are well known because of Larry R. Demerath. He is an accident compensation attorney who has spent his entire life in Nebraska, except for his years in Vietnam with the U.S. Air Force. He grew up on a farm, attended Wayne State College and the University of Nebraska, and has spent the last 35 years helping fellow Nebraskans get what they need to support their recovery from serious injuries resulting from negligence. If you have been injured in an accident, and want to learn about your rights to compensation in a friendly and confidential atmosphere, contact the Demerath Law Office for a free consultation.
I would like to believe that we have come a long way with regards to how women is being treated in society. We are given equal opportunities in the workplace and still receive particular compensations for being women, like maternity leaves, offices having a breastfeeding room and guides on how to prevent and correct sexual harassment.
Women also are given the same treatment in handling a business. It seems having a woman as a boss is no longer an issue for most men. Women can now apply for business grants through www.businessgrants.org. There are a lot of financial institutions ready to give out loans and grants – the question is how will you know if it would be the right grant for your business.
The web site, www.businessgrants.org, gives you tips on how to find one and where to apply for one. They were launched in 2008 as the official online resource for real and legit business funding opportunities.
And after I go through the quotes for term life insurance I have just received, I am finally going out for some serious me time. I am going to be doing something drastic and I cannot wait to see the results!
And I leave you with a famous quote from Christian Diro, I knew there was a reason why I liked this designer!
“Happiness is the secret to all beauty. There is no beauty that is attractive without happiness.”
- Christian Dior
Always choose to be happy!
Have a great and awesome inspiring weekend!
I just finished a Jodi Picoult book called Nineteen Minutes and it really affected me (in a good way). There were women lawyers who were good at what they do and yet compassionate enough to feel for the kids involved. I can just imagine how much they took lsat prep courses seriously. They got admitted to the best law schools because of their LSAT scores. Even the woman judge is a woman in her 40s, the youngest in the state and she is a court judge at that!
I will post a review on the book soon – I just need to gather my thought about it.
